Clinical Experience
Certified Nursing Assistant
In July of 2020, I took a CNA course at the Southern Technical Institute, where I got my BLS certificate as well. By early August I had taken my CNA exam and officially got certified. Since then, I have been working as a CNA for home health care through a company called Comfort Keepers.

Having done this for a year and a half, I have definitely learned a lot of patience and have become very adaptable. Being in home health care can be different because every client has different needs and very different environments. I have definitely learned a lot while on this path.

PCT/Unit Secretary
I have worked as a PCT at Oviedo Medical Center since May 2022. I learned a lot more about how a hospital runs from this experience. I am able to manage fast-paced environments and cater to every patients needs with compassion and care. As of recently, I have been trained to be Unit Secretary on the floor as well. I alternate between both roles.
